Today marks the beginning of 100 days of killings Rwanda suffered 25 years ago in the genocide against the Tutsis, taking over a million lives. Praying for everyone who lost family members & also for the survivors who are still traumatized & suffering still.
President Kagame, FirstLadyRwanda and distinguished guests lay wreaths on the burial place at Kigali Memorial to honour more than a million victims perished during the Genocide against the Tutsi in Rwanda.
Humanity revealed its dark side, once again, in 1994 when neighbors butchered each other in Rwanda. The post-holocaust “NEVER AGAIN” proclamation wasn’t heeded. We pray that Rwanda continue to heal and prosper. We must remain vigilant against dehumanization tendencies.
